Excellent communication, location is exceptional, our unit was facing the CN tower and nice city view, but looks like they lack of someone to maintain the place properly, carpets were stained, bedding need to be updated, one of the air conditioners was not working, we reported it but never fixed. They offer parking at fair price.

Although the public areas were well appointed and clean the room was tired and would benefit from a deep clean. On our first night we were given a room next to 3 elevators which we found extremely noisy and kept us awake most of the night as they were in constant use. Staff were jelpful though and moved us into a quieter room the next day.

Amazing location across the street from the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium. Clean and friendly staff at the front desk. GlobalStay responded quickly to my questions. Overall very pleased.
