"It’s a good place to stay but unfortunately they didn’t even had hand soap in washroom and when I asked for one at the reception, I was told that they are out of handsoap which is a basic requirement for the restaurant. They also didn’t had water bottles in the room. I think they need to look into ..."

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
"Unfortunately during my stay, the bar was being remodeled. Though it was still open there was a curtain covering most of the room. I was seated at a table basically in the hallway - this did not work for me. I'm sure all will be great when the project is finished."
