"A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again."

"The staff was just marvellous. From the time we came to left, we were treated both royally and as a family. No ask was too big, everything we requested, was fulfilled. The room we got was 2-level. It was spacious, beautiful and had Antique/elegant look. The beds were comfortable. The meals served were marvellous. Morning breakfast was not to be missed: fresh juices, fruits, pancakes, jams, yogurts, omelettes, cakes, etc. if we had to go early, they packed takeout snacks. Again, they...

"Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. Staff were genuinely helpful, special thanks to Yassine and Abde Arhman, and the owner Abdul was clear and efficient. They arranged a hammam with pick-up. Room was spotless and the bed/blanket were very comfortable. Bonus: a small shop 1 min away you can buy snacks and drinks, the lady boss and the kids are...

"Beautiful inside, nice rooms and staff nice. Breakfast solid too. Only issue is our room was on the bottom floor and near the kitchen (so could hear dishes being washed) and the bathroom seemed to share a window with a families living room. Overall it didn't really affect us but I suspect experience would be better in a room higher up in the building. "
