"Staff did not offer water or any amenities to a Bonvoy member, and were generally rushing the entire check-in process with no interest in the guest. In addition, the room was never checked, no new towels provided, and plumbing did not function well. The property is in a great location and could be exceptional, but daily services and upkeep are ignored."

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"I never actually complain about hotels but this one just really really miss the Mark. My room was dirty. Every vent was not just dusty but covered in like cub sized dust and it was gross. I had to ask for a towel towels and then I still didn’t get them. I had nothing but issues with the valet and it’s not that they weren’t nice because they were nice. It is just that that you can tell that the employees in that hotel are very overworked. I definitely did not like the shower. There’s no vent in the bathroom and there’s no heat lamp either so it gets a little muggy in there and I did not like that but you also get really cold in the shower because the whole back end is open and maybe that’s the thing I know that’s a thing but I just did not enjoy it. Not getting towels definitely set me off, but then not getting towels when I asked her towels like that. That is something that is so gross to me. I don’t even have words and the day that I left I sent for the valet and it took the 25 minutes when I got down there my car was not there. They told me that they couldn’t find my car and it was like a whole thing. I was not very happy and I will not be staying there again."

"We were there for pleasure, having attended a show at The Met. Finding the hotel was nearly impossible due to lack of sinage. We needed to have their desk person stay on the phone to help us through every turn. He was very helpful. Parking was very challenging since we arrived late at night. The room itself was beautiful and overlooked Temple University park."
