Smooth check-in, diligent room cleaning service, helpful staff in getting taxi and providing instructions. However the restaurant Xianggong was a little bit disappointing but that is not the hotel's problem. Oh, great location to access the MixC Mall across the street!

Great location! Beautiful views! The room is really clean and comfortable! The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is nice and quiet, foods are well prepared . Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Qing Dao!

Crowne Plaza Hotel Qingdao by IHG
The hot tub was closed and the saunas were not ready. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly. There was no ocean view from my balcony. Only a city view
