Hey Andrie im so soeey. It i dont know how else to get a hold of soneome or you but my room.is unbearable and hot and not pleasant at all warm bodies and no ac doesnt help at all. Theres no easy acess to anyonw available at the hostel and i do know feom he paat that the ac that it states is available has to be controlled by someone at the alloted time however if they fail to do that then what am i to do as a paying cosrumer??

Good but some of the workers are very rude

Good but some workers very rude! I got in an Accident and I asked a worker for help with my bags because I was in a hurry to the airport and he refused and the girl Was complaining that I dropped tissues and said ā€œsee how easy that was to clean.ā€ The manager is nice but I would get new friendly workers. I would not return due to rude workers.

Love this place!

Had an incredible stay at Los Muertos Hostel! Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The hostel is in a very central location and is right beside the beach! Very friendly and attentive staff. Andrei was a great host and super accommodating, he gave me lots of great recommendations of places to go to around the area. Definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed in! Highly recommend this place!! Will return soon.
