The staff here is so nice, and accommodating. Even though we arrived on their businest night of the year with a party in their ball room, check in was swift, everything was clean, and the staff all seemed relaxed.

The room was great and everything worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water. The lighting in the room could be brighter for old guys like me who actually need more light to see stuff. And, the floor needed to be swept a bit better. Overall I had a really good stay. The bar prices were on the high side for sure.

Not a 5 star hotel

This is advertised as a 5 star establishment however the rooms and facilities are no more than 3 star. The hotel us dates and so are the rooms. It needs uptated to keep up with 5 star standards. The staff though are incredible and couldn’t do enough for guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Peru and had a generally pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the excellent air conditioning—it was incredibly hot outside, but every time I returned to my room, it was perfectly cool and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no water or coffee provided in the room. Nowadays, I feel like a coffee maker or at least two bottles of water is a basic amenity in most hotels. Additionally, there were no small amenities like cotton swabs, which I expected. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few basic touches could improve the experience.

The staff at this magnificent establishment truly went above and beyond to ensure that my time there was nothing short of exceptional. Let me begin by praising Dinko, the remarkable bus driver and doorman, whose warm greetings and helpful demeanor made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. Carolina and the entire front desk staff, along with the other doormen, were outstanding. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. I must also mention John and the restaurant staff, who always served with a smile and made each dining experience delightful. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for the impeccable cleanliness of my accommodations. Every corner of my room was spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. Despite my minimal knowledge of Spanish, the fluency in English displayed by Dinko, Carolina, and Ester was a tremendous help. Their ability to communicate effectively ensured that I felt comfortable and understood throughout my stay.
