"This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. "Ariel and his wife were very supportive in helping with making reservations with the various activities on the island. They also provided help with finding the best locations for local food. My husband and I would definitely stay at the property again. The space and accommodation were well worth the price."
