The room could use some upgrades such as USB outlets, the fridge should have been in its place instead of the floor. Suite was an upgrade for the stay due to issues with water heater, it was clean and’s spacious.

Providence Marriott Downtown
Staff was excellent and seemed very happy to be there. We are impressed. Staff demeanor is an underrated and under appreciated facet of hospitality that is eroding in the travel and leisure labor force. But not here. Thank you. Happy new year!
