"First I went to shut the blinds and the entire front cover of the air conditioner just fell off. I had to put it back on but it’s broken. I suppose it was a clean room but it’s hard to trust when the counter top for the bathroom is falling off, there was no sink stopper and all of the electrical devices like switches were missing screws, inset and crooked. Just weird. From the outside and on the app it looks nice, but on the inside it feels like somebody attempted to do a remodel or ever repair and maintenance, who has no idea what they are even doing. "

"I literally called down at nearly 2 AM as people were in the lobby making a TON of noise. You can see by the slope of the roof that the noise carries up to the 4th floor. It was like listening to all of the conversations outside of your door. They did their best, but it never stopped. At one point, there was a small child (4-5 years old talking with people and running around. It's inexpensive but not a nice area. No real food options, and the cafe has really limited hours. Not recommended. "

"Overall ok, but not great. Rooms are somewhat updated but could use a full update. Noisy and outside was littered with garbage everywhere. Our door was broken because it didn’t shut right and was very loud. Late arrival from being on the road, so to tired to complain."
