"The town itself is smaller, however it has a lot of US brand retailers that will be familiar to anyone traveling from the states. Familiar eateries in the area include McDonalds, Subway, Arby’s, Wendy’s, Popeye’s, Walmart, and others. There are aplenty of food selections in the area. The king room is large and spacious with a large wall AC/heater unit that was very capable of cooling the room quite well. The room is slightly dated; however, it was quite clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant. There is an in-house dining option also. Indoor swimming pool is heated and onsite self-parking is convenient."
"The breakfast was excellent with your choice of omelette, which is made to order also there are also bacon, sausage and roasted potatoes. This is our favourite place to stay as it is so centrally located. There is an Indian Restaurant onsite and there is sometimes a smell from the restaurant. We didn’t mind it because we love Indian food except it closed on Monday. That was a disappointment!"
"The cutest little boutique hotel in downtown Kimberly. Located in the perfect spot to adventure. The little details made the stay absolutely perfect - from tea, coffee and cookies whenever you want, to a wood fired sauna, this property is perfect. We had a few challenges with our keys during our stay but the staff is incredible and so helpful if you do need anything. Keep up the great work!"
"Our stay was good . The only issue we had was the beds were not that good for sleeping. Also the one bed was only about a foot from the wall making walking around it a challenge. But I won 90 bucks in the casino so that was good lol."
"The kitchen was not properly stocked. The bed, and towels were very clean. The decor and bedspread very outdated and could use an upgrade. There was garbage on the property that could have been picked up.
The whole property site could use a good cleaning. Parking was good. "
"The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. It is looking tired, leaks on ceiling visible, lumpy couch, and broken hot tub. It needs some love but you can get a good nights sleep."
"Straight up, I didn’t stay here; I booked it for my 71 year old dad on a ski trip.
He drank a beer in the raucous hotel bar where there was live music, was asleep by 10 when the music stopped and the lady that owned the place hugged him goodbye.
Simply put, this night’s stay gave him more ammo for story telling than the previous 10 days. Outstanding."
