Great hotel, great value. Only thing letting it down is the breakfast (not good value) and the “spa” facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very dated. Other than that the people were all really nice and helpful, the room was great size and comfy bed.

Showers have a problem with temperature regulation. Be very careful with any small children. Can go from very hot to quite cool without any adjustment, ongoing. Excellent location - on the river and a short level walk to Ribeira with all its restaurants. We had a brilliant view of the river and the Dom Luis I Bridge from our room.
