"We booked this hotel thinking it was the other Solar Antigo down the road which we had stayed in before. When we arrived at the wrong one, the staff members greeted us and explained the mistake I'd made. Bei fünf Übernachtungen erhielten wir trotz schriftlicher und anschließend persönlicher Nachfrage nicht einmal frische Handtücher. Das Room-Service-Schild wurde einfach nur wieder ins Zimmer gehängt. "Our accommodation was perfect for the night we stayed in Matosinhos. Very clean. Miss V was so helpful and she was an amazing cook. Breakfast was wonderful and her cakes were delicious. Very helpful with suggestions and directions. Would definitely stay again!"

The manager knocked on our door, very obnoxiously, at 11:15 PM and was very angry. Acting as if we we were trying to swindle him and his English wasn’t good so I was very confused (I had been deep asleep)."
