"There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to."

"Very Disappointing and Not Worth the Price I stayed at Hamilton Washington DC and was extremely disappointed. The entire hotel is old and outdated — the rooms, the furniture, the bathroom — everything looks worn out and in need of serious renovation. The photos on the booking website showed a completely different picture: modern, clean, and well‑maintained rooms. In reality, nothing matched those images. When we raised our concerns at the front desk, we were told: “What do you expect for this price?” — even though the price was far from low. I consider this pure deception. Showing attractive photos online and then providing old, poorly maintained rooms is simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel. For the same amount of money, you can find much better options in Washington, DC."

The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms and common areas were spotless and clearly well cared for. The only downside was the breakfast. While the buffet offered decent options, it was the only choice available and was very steeply priced, which felt disappointing, especially for families. Aside from the breakfast cost, we were happy with our stay and would consider returning."
