We enjoyed our stay.. we walked to silver grill Cafe which was excellent and numerous other dining options within walking distance.. unfortunately the pool was closed for the season. Sammy Who was our hostess for breakfast was very attentive.

Dirty floors

The floors were so dirty in our room that after just two minutes of crawling around my baby girl’s knees were literally black. So the cleanliness was poor.

The hotel is in a great area. Restaurants and shopping very close. I understand that most hotels are understaffed nowadays but housekeeping needs to double check because the trashcan in the kitchen was not emptied.

The staff were all outstanding. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The hotel would benefit with some basic repair and upgrades. We have stayed here twice. Both rooms need modernization. Especially the couches and chairs.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to resolve any issues brought to them. Cleaning crew would sometime come back and check to make sure I was happy with the service or need any additional service. The maintenance and house keeping crew for the rooms and common areas were constantly rounding and addressing concerns. Had a great stay
