Room and property appeared run down. Broken patio door, leaking shower head, broken toilet seat. Bathroom faucet was loose. Opal Sands Resort
We had a “Gulf view” but it actually overlooked the parking lot and then you could see the gulf. The beach wasn’t a private beach which I now know to look for before booking.
