"The hotel has a nice views. Well maintained, the staff have no decency and sometimes rude. Bottom line , they don’t want to help. The beach is nice, this property is for one time stay, definitely, will not repeat it. I am a diamond Hilton member and travel the world with Hilton, this one is suboptimal. "

"The hotel offered breakfast how ever it’s only Bagels, cereal , muffins, no eggs or toast or bacon or sausage. I suppose they do have cold hard boiled eggs. We went to the beach and swam a lot so we showered every day, and our towels would be sandy after using them so we asked for more. And for some reason the front desk guy did not like that we asked for more towels. He seemed super mad about that. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice. The elevator was broken and only went to the second floor and we were on the 4th so we used the elevator at the farthest end which was okay it was just really dirty and stayed that way until about Saturday night. We arrived on Thursday. The other staff lady we had at check out was really nice and helpful though! The man at the front desk was too I’m just not sure why the towels was such a big deal. It was pretty quiet on the 4th floor and the room we stayed in was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again ☀️❤️"

"Pros: convenient location, helpful staff, nice clean lobby, nice balconies. The pool area was nice and clean. The mgmt staff was responsive. Cons: Dirty, dingy carpets in the hallways, especially on the 4th floor. The room we checked into on the 4th floor had the smell of fresh animal urine. The staff cleaned the room again and the smell was gone. Our stay was supposed to be from Thursday to check out on Monday. Saturday morning woke up to go to breakfast and noticed fleas on my legs. The night before I noticed that my feet and ankles were itchy but I didn't think much about it. I got a cup of water and put the fleas in it to show the front desk. We checked out 2 days early. I was refunded the test of my stay with no issue."

"GREAT VALUE !!! Clean, comfortable, good location, great in-house amenities (pool, games, hot tub, WiFi, mini movie theater, ping pong, gym). Friendly Staff !!"

"The outside of the property was clean and no issues with parking. It was very evident the bedding had not been changed, the shower had hair all over the wall and chunks of body soap were on the floor walls. Long black hairs were in the sheets and on the pillows, very dirty. 5 AM the people above us started playing thumping music and partying, overall it was a terrible experience."

"Overall it was ok. The rooms were not in the best shape but it smelled like straight bleach when you walked in the room. Flooring was missing in the bathroom, coming up in the closet area and had some damage in the living area. Receptacles didn’t work and the shower had a lot of stains. Overall it was a quiet night and not that bad of a hotel. Breakfast was good."
