"The restaurant and the managers of restaurant called Peppe and Andres, and Desree from drinks section were superheroes of the hotel. Other than the price we pay doesn’t even close to half of the expectation. Super disappointed with the price performance versus quality.. exaggeratedly expensive! And the horrible reality of the mosquitos!! We even can not walk to restaurant from room ! Forget about sitting by the beach or pool.or enjoy the scenery! I wish i could have chance to leave in the middle...

"Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."
