"Great hotel! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel with lots of options. The kids loved the pancake machine with all the fun toppings! Room was spacious and clean. 2 queen beds plus a queen pull out sofa was perfect for our family of 5. The two separate big screen tvs were a nice touch. Loved having a real fridge + kitchen area so we were able to jump across the street and grab a few groceries to save on eating out. The pool area was clean and the kids loved the slide. I rarely write reviews on hotels we stay at but we really enjoyed this one and would definitely stay here again. "

"The room had dirty sheets, hair in the sink, and ants all over in the bathroom. Our room was run down clear effects of water damage from above. The ac/heating unit was so loud we woke up every-time it kicked on. Poor cell service in room. I had called 5 days prior asking for early check in man said that’s not a problem at all, when we got there a different man was mad and told me that they never guarantee early check ins. He had Zero people skills then was complaining about his co worker in front of us. Also If u have mobility issues there’s no rooms that I saw that didn’t have stairs to get to. Main floor is basement level and no elevator. The only good thing was the breakfast & the reason for the 2 ⭐️or would have been a 1 ⭐️"
