"The ac in our room was not working properly. Our neighbors next door had ac that functioned very well. The rooms were very different. Ours had an extremely high ceiling which I suspect made it difficult to cool down. Fortunately, we were there in May and the outside temps were comfortable. Every night we slept with the windows open in order to keep the room cool. That was ok but the street noise was a problem. This was an expensive room. It would be completely unbearable in the heat of the summer. Our fault for not letting the staff know after that first night. We didn’t relish the idea of relocating so just let it drop."

"Every staff member we worked with was wonderful. Location couldnt be better for walking to sites. The Mushrooms are right outside the hotel. Awesome to see the lights from the roof top pool at night. Pay attention to construction in area. You cannot park and drop off luggage. Parking garage is 10 minute walk from hotel. Taxi can get you a lot closer."

"Lovely hotel with great facilities and loved the rooftop pool. Only things we were missing were drawers for clothes storage in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. Staff friendly even when our spanish was a bit dodgy! Bikes for hire just opposite with lots of cycle lanes nearby."

"It was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Moths and ants everywhere. The beds were cots with not even real sheets on them, that did not fit the bed. So they would come undone every night. The noise level is LOUD from people going to the bathroom or in the lobby late at night, we didn’t sleep at all. It sounded like someone was breaking in every time a door handle was touched. We were the only unit on the first floor. Horrible place to have anyone stay. I can’t believe how much we paid for this unsafe and disgusting place. They refused to give us more towels unless we stayed another half day. The washer/dryer is so old it takes 6 hours to complete and ruined our clothes. We called the room “house of horrors” because of all the creepy noises and bugs!"
