"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

"Our hotel room was spacious for two people, everything was clean and in working order. Shower and WC facilities were well equipped. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants/bars and shops and within 15-20mins of a lot of major sight seeing spots. Our room is 101, just a shame we didn't have any views of the outside at all, just a wall"

"Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else. The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville. They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside...
