"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. "The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. 5 minute walk to the beach. 200 metres from nearest bus stop."

"Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night"

"We stayed 5 nights as the last leg of our honeymoon and staying a Plus Fariones Suite Hotel was absolutely a great decision. The room was extremely spacious (Select Terrace Suite) and was had a amazing views of the ocean, the pool and volcanos. We upgrade to the select club, it was very much worth it with the adults only solarium/pool, access to beer, wine and snacks we very much were able to enjoy the amenities. We were not fans of the food on the strip but the food at Plus Fariones Suite Hotel...
