"The hotel lacked basic sanitation. All common area trash cans were overflowing all the time, breakfast bar was inedible due to the mess. We checked into our room which did not have towels and the shower had a massive clump of human hair smeared across the wall. We asked them to clean while we were out for the evening, and they did not. There are large stains in every room. Would not recommend"

"The state of the room was terrible , it was dusty the sheets had stains on them , room had a funny smell , shower curtain was stained and looked dirty , the bath tub was discolored and the wall paper look like it had dried water stains . The phone in the room was not plugged in , lamps were rusted and some shades were broken . I requested house keeping they didn’t show up , I had to go to the front desk to ask what happened so they sent someone to clean the room at 8:35 pm . The person came did a quick wipe , I had to ask for the sheets to be changed , clean towels and rags . The vacuum didn’t work so she used a broom which didn’t help much . I asked for plastic bags to remove the garbage and dirty linings from the room I was told to wait until the manager Mani Khela come in , the front desk person didn’t know where bags are kept . The iron was rusted on the bottom and when plugged in gave off an odor . I stayed 3 nights and everyday was the same issue, with the state of the room I was afraid to go to the breakfast area , so I ate out everyday . Nothing they advertised on their website is accurate. I fully regret staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . I want a refund for my stay which was a terrible experience."

"The property was not very well maintained. The lobby was filthy it didn’t appear that the floors had been mopped in some time. The same stain on the floor at the entrance to the elevator was there from the time of check in to the time of checkout. The wall paper in the halls and room was showing signs of peeling. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty in appearance. The corners of the tub had dirt build up. The floors in the bathroom had hair left behind. The bathroom vanity was water damaged. Overall very disappointed in the shape of the property as a whole. I expect my from the Hilton flag. If I could share a photo of the mold behind the wallpaper I would. I would not stay there again."

"Our room was dirty, I text a complaint all they said was, we’ll give u extra honors rewards points. And apologized. I had to clean the room. I was staying there with kids and my elderly mom. The pool water was really cold and the room was as well, so uncomfortable to swim in. The heater in the room only worked when it was on 80 and above, which made sleeping uncomfortable. For the price I paid on city line ave, this minor things. the room being dirty was my biggest issue, I spend the first hour, cleaning the room that should have been clean"

"Very nice room for the price. Stayed 4 nights. Bed was comfortable and Room was clean. Only issue on last day was a lack of hot water in the bathroom. Staff said one of the hotel’s water heaters had failed early this morning and was being replaced. Will stay again next time I’m in town."
