The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my husband and when we arrived they told us that our room had been upgraded as it was my birthday, which was lovely for them to do. "This hotel is in an incredible location within the Diocletian Palace walls. It is also steps from the port. There are tons of shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The hotel is beautifully built with old stone walls blended with newer construction on the upper rooms. The A/C is cold and the rooms are clean. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace for sitting and talking in views of the surrounding palace area. The staff are very friendly and helpful."
