"The property is very nice, beautiful pools, gardens and beach. Staff is very helpful, but often slow (e.g. we waited 45 min for our luggage). The rooms could really use an update and they should work more on the cleanliness in the rooms (hate seeing hair on the floor or bed). The kids club is amazing, as well as the game village in the garden, could be there for days. Breakfast is OK."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was very good, with a good choice at breakfast. What really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful all the staff were. Bella was especially lovely she was very friendly, kind and always went out of her way to help us. She regularly checked in to see how we were doing and whether there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Divesh at the reception desk was always smiling, polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. Sudesh, the shuttle bus driver, was also very nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service really made a difference, and we would be happy to stay here again."

"Had an enjoyable stay, staff were friendly. Hotel and facilities were looking a little tired, but staff had said that the hotel was closing in January for a refurbishment. Great, easy access to the sea, and having the boat option was great! Would like to visit again when hotel has been refurbished.
