"I had a fantastic stay with my kids. View was excellent (one of the best I have ever had) and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. Pools, especially the bottom one was really appreciated by the kids. We liked the village area in general and have not really anything negative to say, except that maybe the breakfast was “just” OK. "

"Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

"Probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, no air-conditioning, felt unsafe. I woukd say a prison cell is better then tbis place. "

"I should've read the reviews. The pictures look super nice compared to the actual property which looks and smells quite run down. We stayed 30 mins then left to stay at another location. We didn't ask for or needed a refund...this place was just that bad."

"The staff were particularly friendly & helpful. The mature garden is well kept & has very beautiful flowers & trees & wildlife. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options which were fresh. The pools are lovely for swimming & we even had a jacuzzi on our secluded terrace."

From the moment we arrived, we were taken by the peaceful atmosphere, the natural beauty surrounding us, and the genuine warmth of the staff. The location is simply unbeatable — just steps away from everything you could possibly need, yet peaceful and serene. The jewel of it all is the magnificent Rade d’Agay, with its crystal-clear waters that invite you to swim, kayak, or simply gaze in admiration. It’s a true Mediterranean dream! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. Waking up each morning to a generous, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was a treat in itself — a rich spread that pleased both the eyes and the appetite. But what really sets this hotel apart is the kindness and helpfulness of the entire team.
