"This hotel is excellent. The only reason I am not giving it an excellent review is because there was nobody at the reception to welcome us or to check us in. We waited 20 minutes in the middle of the night (because of international delays from the US). Then I had to scramble to find the hotel phone number to get a hold of someone.
