The room and staff were great! The issue was the location and distance from activites. The shuttel was only available 3 or the 7 days were there and even than it cost $20 USA for each person. Food was good but it was on the spendy side. The $117.00 facility use fee was also a bit of a shock.

Maya Beach Hotel
Beautiful property, right on the beach - rooms were clean, and well appointed. The resort also has a great restaurant on site, and is a 20-30 min drive to other restaurants, cafes and bars in Placencia. Staff were wonderful throughout as well

Umaya Resort & Adventures
Spacious 2 Bedroom unit. Was on a ground floor which we were initially disappointed with, but the advantage of stepping directly out to the pool compensated for that. Items of note - the oven is disabled on the stove/oven - disappointing to reheat their great pizza in a microwave, but expect it is ...

Brisa Oceano Resort
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean. I didn’t use any of the amenities.

Itz'ana Resort & Residences
Just an amazing place. The staff is so friendly and smiling, they really know what customer service mean. And also we did not expect the food to be so good. The restaurant is as amazing as the rest.
