"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

If you like to walk the Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Battlo, Barcelona Cathedral, La Ramba and the beach were all an easy walk. Ambiance was Great! "Some Staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to like their job (a man in particular). Some others were really welcoming which compensate. I stayed 2 weeks and only ask my room to be clean twice: was cleaned poorly. Great Location. Kitchen: super usefull May need a knife and a cuting board but other than that was great. Not well insonorised."

"A very nice hotel in a great location that has plenty to do without being in the middle of the high-tourist areas. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was nice. As a standout, the shower itself was a great shower…a huge rain shower head with a ton of water pressure. The one small complaint was that the pillows were oddly uncomfortable…I realize that’s picky, but they were out of place with the rest of the hotel."

"Circa 1905 is centrally located in the De L’eixample neighborhood and only steps away from Gaudi’s La Pedrera. The BnB is tastefully appointed - understated and comfortable - in keeping with its location in central Barcelona. Friends of ours stayed here a few years ago and give Circa 1905 rave reviews. We completely agree!"

"A fantastic property located in a very convenient section of the commercial district. Easy walking access to pretty much everything you need and a lot of shopping. The rooms were spacious, and the inclusion of a washing machine was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Overall, a fantastic location for your Barcelona stay."

"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. Hot water availability for showers was hit and miss. Beds very firm . Coffee in rooms is mediocre at best, however coffee in the Somni restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very...

"Our stay started out with very helpful bellman and front counter/ concierge person. Once we got to the jr suite room things started to decline. The room and the hotel's corridors were very dark. The suite had no walls dividing the bathroom from the rest of the suite but did have a very small toilet room.The entire suite was on a master control so when we turned off the electric at night it was very dark and hard to see to move around. The shower was very slippery with no grab bars as the floor...

"The breakfast was below average, mostly just cereal, bread, fruit, and a few cheese options. Definitely not worth the 18 euros. The property itself is nice, but it follows the newer urban open-space concept, so there isn’t much privacy or a truly separate bathroom. The toilet and shower are separated, which is a plus. Overall, it’s still a decent option depending on what you’re looking for."

"Great hotel. Amazing room that included two bedrooms (one large, one small), a common area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean. Staff provided excellent service. A real luxury experience. Located between the Hermes and Fendi stores on the Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly for longer stays."
