"The bathroom was dirty and the floor was not swept; there was hair on the floor and the sink was dirty. The Air Conditioner did not cool the room and the temperatures outside were not that hot. This is the second time I have stayed at a Courtyard where they did not pay attention to the details. I have been a courtyard member for years and this is very disappointing. Most likely the last time I would stay with Courtyard."

"Great place to stay"

"Close to the beach"

"Our room was decent, bathroom had a few loose fixtures. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning work very well. Walls thin, we could hear people talking. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options; eggs a bit watery and cold and only fruit available was an apple. One “sugar” flavored yogurt, not for diabetics. The drink station with juice and water had an “out of order” sign our whole stay. Tried to wash and dry clothes, but dryer was not working. Lobby water fountain was out of order."

"Me and my kids woke all bitten up not sure what bit us but we woke up all bitten up"

"Hot tub was nice with light rain!"

"Everything was awesome! We needed a quick one night away, and this made us want to extend the stay. Also, they allow pets and we couldn’t tell by smell or sound. Genuinely zero complaints. Being so close to the water & next door to Walmart for last minute pickups, was the icing on the cake."

"There was a hole in a towel that had brown stains all over it. The coffee mugs were dirty in cabinet. The floor throughout the place was disgusting. The counters in the kitchen areas in our room were covered in stains and dust. The breakfast was poor quality. Normally I don't leave such bad reviews but it was not what I have come to expect from Marriot after many stays at Towneplace with excellent experiences."

"The room was cold no matter what I set the thermostat on. So cold I couldn’t sleep. I turned off the air condition around 4 am."

"Everything was great! Nice hotel ."

"Great"

"Staff friendly and on prime spot easily accessible to everything. Rooms are clean and enjoyed the stay"

"Was middle the road stay the breakfast was not great but was hot the room was ok furnishings in room were outdated and the lamps were stained Okay"

"👍"

"The staff was not so friendly. The AC was leaking. They did not have free breakfast even though I was searching for hotels with free breakfast."

"ROOMS WERE NICE - OUR ROOM HAD A BALCONY WITH SOMEWHAT OF A BEACH VIEW, BUT IT WAS DIRECTLY ABOVE A RESTURANT SO THERE WERE ALWAYS PEOPLE THERE EATING WITH MUSIC AND FOOD SMELLS. BREAKFAST WAS OKAY; PARKING WAS DOWN THE STREET WHICH WASN'T THE BEST WHEN YOU HAVE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD LUGGAGE."
