"The hotel is fantastic. Front desk/Check in was easy & the staff was kind. Bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic. Great location right off I-75 and extremely convenient.
The only issue is the parking. Hotel is built on a very narrow lot. "
"Staff members, especially the front desk, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay. The breakfast was very good also. Quick walking distance from the Great Lakes Crossings mall. Would definitely stay here again! "

When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup...

Night time staff was very empathetic when we had to check out in the middle of the night due to a family emergency that we needed to get home for (seemed genuinely concerned for us and our safety driving home). Would recommend a stay here if you're looking for cheap price and no extras like...
"It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels"
