"For the price we paid, it was adequate. However the curtains didn't block any lights at all. The safety sign (evacuation light) was bright. I tried to contact the property for check in instructions but received no replies. On the day of check in, we managed to find some one on site and let us store our luggage. He told us the check in was 3 pm. By 3:10 pm, we still couldn't check in using the self check in machine. The phone number on the door was not in use. We wouldn't use this property...

The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would also like to mention the lady who was responsible for cleaning my room — she was extremely professional and took care of all my requests with great attention. It’s an ideal hotel for exploring Seoul, whether for shopping, sightseeing, or easy access to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul"
