"We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. Still worth the area and the hotel but be aware...

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."

"This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade."

"The hotel is very nice, and the restaurant was delicious! Lots of choices for dinner, and their breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had on the trip. The room was clean and even with a terrible heat wave, the room remained cool. The pool area is very nice and well maintained."

"A stunning property that has been beautifully restored with such detail and care. The modern amenities in an antique villa was such a treat. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful cafés within walking distance. It really was a lovely stay and the air-conditioning was a huge plus in the summer months. "I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before.
