"Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English. Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day. Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready."

"Enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and breakfast options were simple but enjoyable. The staff were able to provide a packed lunch for early mornings with enough notice. There was a language barrier at times but most communication was through Whatsapp and there were no issues arranging check in/out and meals. Very grateful for my stay and would recommend to others."

"Simples e básico. A Carmem funcionaria estava sozinha a maior parte do tempo e cuidando de tudo da melhor maneira que podia. Café da manhã bem simples e repetitivo. Para os passeios com saída muito cedo , ela deixava nosso lanche/box pronto. Quarto espaçoso. Carmem emprestou o próprio secador de cabelos. Cumpria ordens , seguia protocolo. Houve um casal hospedado em outro quarto, reclamando que um homem entrou em seus aposentos durante a noite . Isso me surpreendeu e fiquei receosa ....

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming...

"The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for an extra heater, they brought one to my room right away and regularly checked in to make sure everything was working properly. I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the town center, and the service truly made the stay even...

"Lugar incrível para se hospedar. Como não fica na cidade, necessário carro ou táxi para se locomover. Roupas de cama e banho de altíssima qualidade. Equipe super amável e simpática. Único ponto que vejo como melhoria, apesar de não ser um defeito, seria o café da manhã que distoa do restante do hotel. Recomendo a todos!"

"Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. My room had no key and therefore I could not lock it while I was away. The shower did not have any hot water some days and there was no curtain to protect the rest of the bathroom from the water splashing from the shower. Staff did not serve my room one of the four days I was there for no apparent reason other than "they forgot". The hotel was terribly noisy until late and very early in the morning. "The hotel is a very nice eco friendly hotel indeed with quite nice amenities. The hotel at times is hard to find given the roads that lead into it aren’t easy to navigate. The staff at times aren’t there at reception but overall quite a good stay indeed for the price and note that the area around the property has no shops so you have to ensure u have a car. The property also has cats and dogs on property which for animal lovers like us is really nice experience too interacting with them."
