"Outstanding!"

"We really loved staying here. It is SO close to the Pantheon we basically stumbled across it (how could you not) on our way to dinner the first night. Being our first time it was a real "WOW" moment. Great coffee shop right around the corner. User error, but took the second night to figure out the thermostat (power button is on the top, duh). Our host was excellent re: communication which was very helpful for alleviating first-timer anxieties. My daughter did not feel well during the trip and...

"From the moment we were checked-in to the check-out process, this hotel was the BEST place i’ve ever stayed at!! The staff, specifically Daniel, Lithia, Anastasiia, and Stefania were truly incredible and so helpful. They made our stay here so special and the rooms were truly just perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was included as well! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was also amazing! Will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Rome and I will be coming back here...

"The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we come back."

"We liked A lot the location - One of the best in Rome, close and walking distance to everything. Our room was large and nice. We liked very much Monica - The Lady that runs the place and goes out of her way to help. The big problem was the fact that the place has no elevator. Monica helped us to bring the luggage up on about 30 steps to our room. We have no idea why Expedia is ignoring this fact and why there is no mention of the elevator absence in the booking process."

"Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend if you want to be in walking distance to many of the sights. They also helped us arrange a drop off to the cruise port that literally took us (and all our luggage for a total of 3 weeks in Europe) to just a few steps away from the entrance to the cruise ship. That was priceless!"

"Beautiful space and great location in the heart of the centre of Roma. Easy walking to amazing and historical architecture in all directions, including Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, the Coloseum, and even the Vatican for a little extra distance. Tons of amazing restaurants and gelato places. Climbing stairs is required to get to the unit."

"This is right in the thick of it so much so that we had to change rooms because of the street noise. It’s very low maintenance and could use additional amenities. Also they broke our wine bottle at check in. While they did offer and pay for cleaning of the container it’s the lack of care that was most upsetting. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms could use improvement. It was great for what we needed and once we changed rooms we slept very comfortably."
