"Everyone was friendly and accessible. The balcony was small and cute, but only had a view of trees and 2 other huge buildings. The room itself was really nice and they set up snacks for you and the towel setup was so cute! The shopping center next to here is great! Only complaint is that there was one night that people were shouting around 1 am, not sure if they were told to be quiet. Also, not sure if they clean at night because we would randomly hear the sound of something slamming to the floor like a broomstick at random times in the night. However, still a 5 star experience because everyone was great, the breakfast was good, the room was great and in a good area."

Rooms are spacious, neat, and well organized. The staff is very cooperative and always ready to help. The pool area is a great highlight and very hygienic. One of the best parts of this property is the big, well-kept swimming pool."

"All very very good but for taxis you have to sort that they don’t have numbers for taxis. There’s nothing royal about that Item all other hotels I’ve been at, have a number for a taxi firm."

"Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. "
