Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely. Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it. One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level. Location was perfect for the basketball game.

We stayed in room 1338 the shower would not drain it would fill the tub up with dirty water I informed staff and they did not want to give us a credit

We visited during a time when the resort had a large event scheduled, which was supposed to shut down the main pool area. While the pool never fully closed, several amenities were affected.
