Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. It was dreamy to hang out by the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the airport shuttle. I'd stay here again!

For the price, we will stay here whenever we fly through PhX. The shuttle comes to pick up right away at the airport. The staff is very nice, the pool is clean. Beds are comfy.
