After paying $405 for one night we were charged “parking” fee in addition. Really? How do most people arrive? It is gouging.

Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
Methadone clinic one block away. Drug addicts wandering aimlessly. Some carrying only blankets. Burger king bathrooms closed. Sign says for customer safety. Employee said bathrooms closed for years as well as all local restaurants including Starbucks.
