Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing.

Outside of the nice woman that check us in not another staff member ever said hi, asked us how our stay was, and they all avoided eye contact all together. The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags
