"Nice place. Make sure to double check your pod for small belongings left behind. I lost an AirPod ear piece , staff was not diligent in helping to find it. I felt that they could have done more but like they clearly said in an email response: it is my problem and they are not responsible."

"The location of this hotel was a bit annoying. You basically have to go around the river which means you’re walking quite a bit. They say they have chocolate hour every day at 3, but I guess that meant chocolate minute because when I came at 3;45 this man looked dead in my soul while eating his chocolate and said THATS AT 3, Does it look like it’s 3? LOL just on that experience alone I was like sir your hotel lost a star because WHAT."

"Hotel was great. We did have issues with having towels in our room, but they brought them right away everyday. The hotel is a 30 min walk to train station, and there is only one restaurant close by besides the one in hotel. "
