It is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean, spacious and aircon is really effective. Good place down the road to get laundry done. Lots of good eateries around. The gym was small but useful. The pool area was great. I didn't eat at hotel. Hotel is not far from Desa Potato Heads, so there are lots of activities there you can do. The Forge Sports Bar is a good gastro pub within walking distance. Very good value for money and the staff are so nice.

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta! We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
