I went for my birthday & chose the hotel for the location, stunning views & closeness to the Minack theatre. Stunning location, right on the beach, the staff were very attentive and couldn't have done more and all in all made it a very special stay for my birthday.

Lovely hotel facing the sea

The hotel was in a lovely spot and the room was comfortable. The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the staff very attentive and friendly

I loved my stay here. It was one of my favourite stays on my trip. Tom was brilliant at check in amd was available to help when i needed. My room No1 was stunning, beautiful decor, and views of the bay. Sennen Cove is dreamy and i highly recommended it

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location , rooms very comfortable and clean . Excellent value for money . One side note is please allow an extra ยฃ9 per day parking fee as hotel does not have parking and you have to use beach car park opposite.

Room was clean and comfortable, well equipped and supplied. Location is amazing, right next to the beach. Perfect views Breakfast excellent, good quality and a huge choice. Best of all were the staff - all very welcoming and helpful, in a natural, non-corporate. Congrats to them all. Only downside was the room - number 15 - which has poor sound isolation from reception and bar. It has windows that are overlooked by the terrace so you have the noise and the lack of privacy following from that. Iโ€™ve given five stars because of the outstanding staff but I would only stay here again if I was sure to avoid that room.

This was a really welcoming hotel, staff were lovely, very helpful. We stayed in a luxury room literally overlooking the sea and view of the bay, which was wonderful. Parking is via a car park just across the road from the hotel. The cooked food and pastries at breakfast were very good. The bar also had a good vibe and also serves food in addition to the restaurant. Would stay again.

Go on treat yourself

Excellent choice. Great location and our room (11) what a great view. bar was fantastic atmosphere and good selection of beers and wines. Restaurant was excellent nice selection of meals at a reasonable price.

Location was excellent for a Lands End - John O'Groats drive. Understaffed, we hadn't booked a meal so there was no hope of getting food, hotel was a little noisy from the kitchens which detracted from getting an early night and the pillows were like sleeping on a sack of spuds!!

Fantastic Weekend

A wonderful find. Ticked all the boxes for us. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room was high spec (even Elemis products in the bathroom. To wake up and lie in bed seeing the sea is priceless. Will definitely return! ๐Ÿ˜

Access to some rooms can be challenging!

Room access was very difficult for my husband who has mobility issues. Next to time I will ask for a room with easier access. However, the view from our room was fabulous so access difficulties accepted. Staff tried to resolve this and were very helpful and supportive.

Had a lovely stay at The Old Success Inn. We booked a room with sea view and were not disappointed. The breakfast was really good and kept us going well into the day. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was really good. Only issue was the bathroom fan was really loud, however forgot to tell them this when checking out, so hopefully they will read this review. Overall thought the stay was great.

Fantastic view, lovely food

We were able to check in early which was a nice touch, as were the complementary drinks and snacks. We ate outside in the afternoon and the burger was delicious. The bed was a bit on the soft side for my liking but I had a wonderful nightโ€™s sleep. Breakfast was lovely, but it is cooked to order so factor that into your timing. All in all a wonderful stay, will definitely be back
