"When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate."

"My family and I are somewhat locals and stayed here to get away for the night- Really great stay overall. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Heather, at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and right at home. All the staff made our stay feel smooth and low-stress from start to finish. The room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for the occasion. There was not a fee to use their recreation equipment, which was a pleasant surprise. The older kids really enjoyed the outdoor volleyball and basketball courts, while the littles fit perfectly in their indoor pool. (We just missed the filling of the outdoor pool) The outdoor recreation area was just beautiful, all on its own. It’s the kind of place that gets the little things right. We will definitely be going back!"

"Clean room and excellent staff. However it is a very noisy area with highway traffic most noticeable on the northwest side of the hotel. The rooms are lovely, but the walls are nearly “paper thin” when it comes to sounds - I was able to hear the conversations and shenanigans of youngsters in the adjacent room until 1am. All in all, a decent option for the price and proximity to the airport."
