The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The property was clean overall. The elevator floors were pretty gross looking but overall the hotel was clean. Hotel room was clean, smelled fresh and was in overall good shape.

Was a great night, clean, front desk staff were friendly… my only complaint would be the housekeeping staff started knocking and came straight in our room at 8am. He said, “housekeeping, it’s time to check out!” We were still sleeping. We weren’t planning to check out until closer to check out. He knocked again at 9:45am. Checkout wasn’t until 11am, so I didn’t like that start to our morning being awakened with a guy in our room.

When we got there the staff upfront was on her phone with a call on speaker. It felt like we were interupting a call. Overall it was a clean and nice stay. We were under the impression that there was a complementary breakfast and there was not
