The staff were so warm and welcoming, and all the thoughtful little touches made the experience even more memorable. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and recharge. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and being able to unwind and enjoy our time together. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable and looked after. "The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room comfort. The carpets could be vacuumed more regularly, and the wash basin could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some signs of mould that became noticeable on closer inspection. The air conditioning could also be stronger or cool the room faster, especially for guests returning from the heat outside. Better water pressure in the shower would also improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and able to communicate well in English, which made everything much easier throughout our stay. With a few improvements to cleanliness and room amenities, the experience could be even better."

"We had a great stay over here. The staff, food, drinks, rooms, gym, yoga platform, and other spots around the hotel were great. We wished we stayed longer to use the plunge pool in our room properly or the infinity pool but we were busy sightseeing in Ubud. Next time we will stay longer for a more relaxing stay. The staff are really helpful and informative with good attention to detail with recommending the right things for yourselves. We got scooters out of the village to then get a private car hire car from the apps as the village will only allow non-app hires in. We definitely looked past this when rating the hotel as we enjoyed our stay so much. We had a room with a plunge pool. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities. They really thought about how to make the rooms grand with all of things you need to have a luxury experience. There is a cooking class nearby which is loved by many people who have done. The walk along the rice fields towards Ubud centre is beautiful. Very safe. Everyone on the walk towards Ubud centre were kind and helpful even at night time when it’s darker. Easy to walk around the hotel. Great food and great drinks! We had cocktails by the pool and they were top notch. We only had the food for breakfast but it was all freshly cooked to order. Situated in a rice fields away from Ubud centre it was therapeutic and natural with all the touches you need from an excellent hotel."
