"Indeed a wonderful stay, very helpful staff and a nice bungalow for me and my daughter and our 4 day visit to Gili Air. Close to the beach, bike-rental in the front shop and free snorkeling gear available at the reception desk.
Highly recommended for a stay in the Gilis "

"This place is incredible! We loved it so much that we booked to stay again a few days later.
The place is beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The location is quiet but just a 5 minute walk from the good snorkelling beach and lots of restaurants and bars.
The staff here are incredible - so welcoming, helpful and fun to be around. They do everything that they can to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Adi and Maddi!

"We had a great stay at Casa Koko. Sopian was a great host and always available for questions.
The location is great, as beaches, cafes and restaurants are just around the corner"

"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"Overall, the accommodation was very nice, clean, and conveniently located just a few meters from an awesome beach with turtles.
The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. They even arranged bicycle rental for a good price.
There are three small points where the hotel could consider making improvements:
1. The pool itself was great, but at certain times of the day, it was not as clean as it could have been, with leaves and insects on the surface.
2. The breakfast options could be more...

"Qunci Villas is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting and has everything you need for that tropical experience. The staff could not be more helpful and were extremely supportive and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. Plenty big enough for 3 adults."
"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with the pool. I was a little unsure if the pool would be big enough for our two children (6 and 9) but it was plenty big enough for them to play in whilst having the main pool area for a bit of extra splash.
Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens maintained beautifully.
The staff are extremely attentive and always aimed to help. We didn’t have any real issues that needed resolving so I’m not sure how they’d deal with this but it’s better to not need to know.
Facilities are pretty good for the Gilis. There’s a padel and tennis court,
The pool is huge and there are a few smaller kids splash pools.
You can rent bikes from the hotel which are reasonably priced. We did this and there’s someone there to repair, replace etc if needed.
Electric scooters are allowed on the island. I really think these should be banned from driving around the property itself as they can be a little dangerous.
Breakfast and quick snacks (chips, nuggets etc) are good but we ate at the beach restaurant and off the à la carte menu and it was pretty poor every time. Much better outside the property. Overall really really good experience and would stay again."
"This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. We loved it here and it was one of our best hotels in Bali 💗"
"We were amazed by the spacious, beautifully appointed rooms (beachfront villa). It was completely relaxing due to the isolated location and peaceful layout. The Kayana Beach Hotel was extremely accomodating; a very generous, à la carte breakfast was included which could be delivered to rooms or taken in the restaurant at any time of day. The restaurant was also great for watching the sunsets. Straight off the beach was perfect for swimming or snorkelling and having a private pool was also fantastic. We spent a relaxing, isolated week enjoying the surrounds. We also took advantage of the in-house spa for treatments. Highly recommended."
