Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed"

"We traveled as a family of four with our 11- and 8-year-olds and stayed at the resort for four days. The kids had a fantastic time, snorkeling and kayaking at the beach, foam party in the family pool. The hotel organizes plenty of activities and there’s a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is located on a hill, so we used Grab to get to Patong Beach. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort for families!"
