ห้องพักโอเค กว้างขวางมาก มีโซฟา เครื่องซักผ้า อ่างอาบน้ำ ตู้เย็น มีสระว่ายน้ำ (เปิด 8 โมงเช้า ปิดสองทุ่ม น่าจะขยายเวลาปิดเที่ยงคืน) ได้พักห้องท้ายสุดติดกับบันไดหนีไฟ กลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงท่อน้ำบนเพดาน ดังกุกกัก เป็นพักๆ เข้าพัก 3 คืน ประทับใจอาหารเช้าวันแรก อร่อยมาก หลากหลาย วันถัดไปอาหารไม่ค่อยอร่อย พอทานได้ น้ำในห้องน้ำ เหม็นกลิ่นคาว คล้ายกลิ่นสนิม กลิ่นน้ำค้างท่อ พนักงานบริการดี

No happy hour at the pool like advertised. Halls and elevator a bit dingy. Room was made up each day but bar not restocked. Water was free. Lobby and coffee shop were nice but if I had to do it over again I would skip Patong and Phuket all together

The rooms were well presented, the staff was friendly, and a short stroll over the bridge into the markets and Hard Rock Cafe (3 mins) and down to the beach (10 / 12 mins).

Location was perfect to get to everything and anything. Buffet breakfast didn’t have much of a variety, neither did the room service menu. Some staff were very very friendly, while others didn’t care much for guests.

Property was very clean and in good repair. Staff are very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). Breakfast is not exactly to western tastes in many cases, but egg station is good. Pool is small and not many sun beds, there was also many "reserved" with towels for much of the day, which could do with addressing. Overall a good hotel in decent location

No Frills, but Clean and Affordable.
Stayed for a week over Christmas holidays. This is a no frills hotel with a decent location far enough from the action for a little quiet but only close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are big and clean. The rooftop pool is nice, not as fancy as the pictures make it seem. There is a bar up there but it's small and not really like a bar. The service was strange. We traveled from the US which took us about 2 days with a lengthy layover. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the check in time so they charged me 200 Baht for checking in early. I get that there are rules, but seriously.. $7 and the room was ready anyways. Not a warm welcome. I brought food home one night and didn't have a fork. I figured I could borrow one from the restaurant downstairs. They made me put down a 100 Baht deposit lol. Because of the language barrier there isn't much point in arguing these points with them but even though the staff was friendly enough it still cheapened the experience. Breakfast was good, eggs and pancakes made to order, lots of bread and fruit, wish there was bacon. I'd stay again if I couldn't find a better deal elsewhere. Walking note: The main street you have to cross to go anywhere is somewhat terrifying to cross. Not the hotels fault but worth mentioning if you're a little older or have mobility challenged.

性價比高的酒店 值得入住
酒店較新淨 地理位置好 附近有24小時便利店 步行到jungcelon只需15mins 都不用乘搭提供的穿梭巴士 入住兩卧室套房 客廳空間足夠 冷氣温度舒適 早餐食物飲料款式多 美中不足是熱水有時温度不夠和泳池較小和淺 但整體上非常滿意

Very disappointing in overall and staff are also very rude. Especially this lady staff made our stay at this hotel terrible. Asking extra money without checking the system and behaved like we staying at her hotel for free. There are many other better options you can go for.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Huge room. The only bad is have cockroach all over the room. The staff offer to change room but we worry need to start the killing again so decided not to change.

My wife and i loved staying at Ashlee heights, the rooms are huge and have everything you need. Easy to get to the shops and beach. The staff ate amazing, so friendly and helpful. The pool is great. We will be coming back and hopefully bringing family with us.

整體而言都滿意，只是水管生銹初開，水很黃，想遅1小時check up又話要300B，叫佢幫手打個電話比司機又話要收20B，早餐非常一般，房間真的很大，由是一廳兩房有套廁，可試，性價比高

The spot was conveniently situated from everything. 10-15min walk to the Patong Beach, Bangla Street and from a number of really great restaurants. The staff were always so polite, always bottles of fresh water available. breakfast buffet was ok - it could have done with more variety. The only issue I had was that when we left our room during the day, taking your hotel card turns everything off, meaning AC off so room was stifling when returning, which attracted heaps of cockroaches. I get it, being in a not so clean part of Patong, but I wasn’t impressed with that. Other than that - it was really lovely. Totally rate the staff - always pleasant and so lovely

Great stay, the rooms lookedike the pictures, safe and secure everything worked well. It has been the best hotel i have stayed in since been in thailand and i have stayed at 4 hotels, the ashliegh heights been the best, thankyou to the staff and hotel for making our stay wonderful.

整體來說還算可以，房間提供的日用品很齊全和充足，牙刷，剃鬍刀，等等，這種服務在泰國很少見，一般都是要求才會提供。 前台服務有待提高，我辦理入住時，巳經是午夜了，而整個酒店大堂也只有我一位住客，在出示完擭照後，職員要求我提供電子定單，而在此時，我就看見職員身後不到一米的高櫃面上，就放了一份打印好的定單，而距離比他遠的情況下，我也能看到，我的名字就列印在定單的第一頁上。我心想要核對無誤，這也是可以接受的。就在我展示電子定單時，職員要求我將定單轉換成英文版本。我感覺到很無奈，因為我在泰國的多次旅遊時，從來沒有試過這種情況，而我也不知道如何將定單轉換成英文。 與此同時，職員要求的英文定單，也是桌面唯一的一份定單，該酒店巳經列印好，就放在職員身後，為什麼他不能回頭看一眼呢？而是採用如此手法去叼難住客呢？ 整個入住，用時超過10分鐘，真不敢想像，如果在多位住客入住時，要耗費多少時間才能把入住手續辦完。就此方面真的須要改善。

Friendly staff specially Pat and the security guard who is also all around.. hahaha...beautiful and spacious room for its price. Good breakfast specially when you’re filipino because there is always rice. Edwin and Thong from the Philippines.

This is the worst hotel that i have ever stay in Thailand! The check in experience is super bad where we waited for 1 hour to put on an extra bed. The staff seems frustrated when we checked in at 11pm due to flight delayed. When we go in the room, we are greet by 2 cockroaches, yes COCKROACHES! and the hotel smelled like some parts are with mold.
