"Room was amazing super clean modern decor. Bed was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in the whole trip.. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They pointed us into better restaurants than the ones we had booked and the breakfast staff were so happy and pleasant and made our experience even better. "The room was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful when needed. Having a small kitchenette in the room was nice and the balcony overlooking the Recoleta Cemetery was perfect. We also used the 9th floor deck for even better views. Location is also excellent. We were very pleased with this choice. "

"The gorgeous public spaces were glorious. What a wonderful baroque era hotel. Having a drink at the bar was just delightful. Ample, nice breakfast buffet. My room was very clean and very comfortable. Love the robe! Great location. Only recommendation would be to upgrade slippers to cotton instead of synthetic product."

"The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed! I was tucked away from the front of the building so even tho it was Saturday night, I didn't hear any noise from the busy restaurants. The TV with Netflix and Prime was fabulous.
While the kitchenette was a nice thought, there were no paper towels, dish rag, or dish soap so I just left a mess which I felt badly about.
The bathroom was clean but there were only bath towels, no hand towels which I found strange. I'm sure I could have asked...
